Picture transfer is a water based craft medium used to transfers a photo copy or laser print onto light color wood, fabric & canvas.

Instructions:

• Paint a layer of picture transfer on your print
• Place print face down and remove creases with a firm roller.
• Allow to dry for 6-8 hours.
• Thoroughly wet paper and gently rub off
• Use Picture Transfer as a sealant
